What we collect, and why
The short version: we collect what you send us through the enquiry form, we use it to respond and arrange your free measure, and that is all. The longer version is below, and it is still short.
P.1 What we collect
One thing: the enquiry you send us. That means the details you type into the form, typically your name, phone number, email, suburb and what you tell us about the openings, plus any photos or plans you choose to attach. There is no account to create, no newsletter to be added to, and nothing collected behind your back.
P.2 What we do with it
We use your enquiry to respond and to arrange the free measure and written quote. We may share it with a suitable local blinds provider so your request gets serviced. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
P.3 Photos and plans you attach
Attachments are optional. If you send them, they are stored privately, used only to prepare for your measure, and automatically deleted after 30 days.
P.4 Keeping bots out
The enquiry form carries a quiet defence against automated junk. As the site goes into full service we will add Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check that stops automated spam without identifying you; it may set a cookie for that check, and it is a security measure, not marketing tracking. This site runs on Cloudflare, which may use the operational cookies it needs to serve the site securely.
P.5 What we do not run
No analytics scripts. No advertising pixels. No marketing cookies. No newsletter capture. No live chat. Even the fonts are served from this site itself, so reading these pages sends nothing to a third-party font service. If it is not named on this page, we do not collect it.
P.6 Ask us what we hold
Want to know what we have from you, correct it, or have it removed? Send a note through the enquiry form and say so. We will answer plainly and delete on request.
