Terms and honest disclosures
A spec sheet is only useful if every line on it is true. Same rule here. This page says plainly what on this site is illustrative, what the tools do and do not do, and why you will not find a price anywhere on it.
T.1 The imagery
Some images on this site are illustrative: stock or AI-generated scenes that show a covering type doing its job in a room. They are not photographs of our completed installations. Where an image is illustrative, its caption says so. We would rather label a picture honestly than let you assume it is our work.
T.2 The Whole-House Schedule tool
The Whole-House Schedule lets you list each opening in the house, name the job it needs to do, and build a printable room-by-room covering-direction sheet across all four categories. It also notes where cordless or motorised operation is the sensible call for homes with children under five. It is preparation for the measure, nothing more: a direction per opening, not a specification, not a certification, and never a price. It gives no totals and quotes nothing. Bring the sheet to the free measure and we will confirm, correct or overrule it with a tape in hand.
T.3 No prices on this site
No dollar figure appears anywhere on this site, and that is deliberate. Made-to-measure coverings are priced by the opening, the fabric, the fit and the operation, so any number published before the measure would be a guess dressed up as a quote. One measure visit, one schedule, every opening accounted for, then a written quote. Not before.
T.4 The guides and general content
Our guides and area pages are general information for homes in Maitland and the Hunter Valley, including Thornton–Chisholm, Rutherford–Aberglasslyn, Lorn–Morpeth and East Maitland. They are written to help you decide, not to substitute for advice about your specific home. Child-safety content summarises the mandatory Australian standard for corded internal window coverings in plain words; the standard itself, and safe installation of your actual windows, is confirmed at the measure and the fit.
T.5 This site
We keep this site accurate and current as best we can, and it is provided as-is. If something on it reads wrong, out of date or overstated, tell us through the enquiry form and we will fix it. How we handle what you send us is covered on the privacy page.
